What is G.D.P.R.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are European Data Standards that will apply to controllers and processors of personal data of EU citizens and will come into effect on 25′” May 2018. Under this regulation, companies processing personal data on behalf of EU citizens will be required to demonstrate how they are compliant with these regulations.

As a travel management company, Frosch Ireland need to collect, use and disclose personal information in order to perform our business functions, including making and managing travel bookings on behalf of our customers. Frosch Ireland will only process personal data in accordance with our clients instructions and to fulfil our obligations in respect of the scope of works of any agreement with our corporate clients. Failure to provide us with your personal information may affect our ability to provide services to you or negatively impact the services we can provide to you. The personal information we collect is the information that is needed to facilitate your travel arrangements and bookings and to arrange travel related services and/or products on your behalf as well as to provide you with a full back-up support in the event of travel emergency. In cases where you make a booking on behalf of another person, you are agreeing that you have the consent of the other person for us to collect, use and disclose the personal information for the purpose for which you have engaged our services.

We have engaged with, and conducted due diligence on our 3” party suppliers regarding their GDPR compliance, obtained updated privacy statements, updated our contracts and/or including the necessary contract addendums to ensure that customer requirements are met, as well as updating our internal policies and procedures, carrying out an internal I.T. audit and staff training to meet our GDPR obligations.
