Angela Walsh is the founder and CEO of Frosch Ireland originally CTM. Angela began her career with Aer Lingus in HR and performance management. Before setting up her own Corporate Travel business in 2000. CTM merged with FROSCH in 2019 and Angela is now responsible for the strategic growth and development of Frosch Ireland. Her passion, vision and leadership are evident in the highly motivated team she leads. Angela is a strong believer that “People do business with People” and her ability to lead and engage her team is testament to the continued success of Frosch Ireland
With over 25 years’ experience in the corporate travel industry, Maria joined the Irish team in 2012. In her role as Operations Director, Maria is responsible for creating strategic plans for the company and implementing new processes and approaches to help the company achieve its goals.
Maria leads the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals for the organisation and is responsible for overseeing, directing, and organising the work of the sales and operations teams. Under Marias guidance, Frosch Ireland successfully achieved the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation in 2012 and is the only Irish travel management company with ISO certification.
Maria also has a role in identifying growth opportunities and priorities for the business and is highly skilled in business development, customer service and business strategy.
Deirdre has over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry and with Angela Walsh was part of the original team that developed and grew the business to what it is today. Deirdre manages all financial aspects of the business in addition to playing an integral role on the Management Team.
Having over 25 years in the travel industry Jackie started her career as an agent with Irelands largest tour operators. This gave her the appetite to open and manage her own travel agency which she successfully operated until 2009. In 2010 she joined long haul luxury tour operator Tropical sky in which managed a team of 40 as well as project managing their expansion into Florida. In her career to date she has excelled at setting and achieving sales targets, strategic prospecting skills as well developing and maintaining client relationships. Jackie will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, working to improve profitability through careful strategic planning, positioning FROSCH Ireland in the appropriate markets, and assisting to enhance the operation of the business and reputation.
